Who are the Sunnis and the sunnis community(Algamaa)?
The followers of sunnah and Al-gamaah are the companions of the prophet, peace be upon him, and those who follow them in goodness until the day of resurrection.
Who are the ahli- alsunnah?
They are: those who adhere to the correct creed that is free from the impurities of heresy And superstitions, and the creed that follows what the prophet was upon or agreed upon Its acceptance by the propher's companions -peace be upon them.
The aforementioned group have been called (Ahl al-Sunnah) for their work in accordance with the Sunnah of the Prophet, peace be upon him, which clarify the Qur’an.
why they were called ahli- alsunnah?
They were called (the group/ al-gama'ah) because they gathered to follow the Sunnah of the Prophet and what The Muslim ancestors of this nation unanimously agreed on it, they also have unanimously agreed upon the truth, and The doctrine of Islam the religion that is free from impurities.
Also, the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, named the saved group following his Sunnah and method sahabi's or His companions - who are Ahl al-Sunnah wal-Jamaah - called them (the group).
