intonation stop and start الوقف والابتدا
Here is the example of what is the tajweed rules and to what extent it is essential for learners.
It is not permissible to stop at (what Allah have ) and then start by saying ( is more good) in this verse and the like
{And whatever good you offer for yourselves, you will find what Allah have is better and greater}.
لا يجوز الوقف على (عند الله) ثم البدء بقوله (هو خيرا) في هذه الآية ونحوها: {وَمَا تُقَدِّمُوا۟ لِأَنفُسِكُم مِّنۡ خَیۡرࣲ تَجِدُوهُ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ هُوَ خَیۡرࣰا وَأَعۡظَمَ أَجۡرࣰاۚ}
This stopping and starting is wrong grammatically and in meaning, as the origin of the speech is: (And whatever good you put forward for yourselves, you will find with God better and greater in reward)
so the word “good” is a second object of the verb and the subject “you find”, and there is no separation between the verb and the object
As for the pronoun “he” it is a separation pronoun that has no place in the syntax, and the sentence is complete without it, so starting with it is a mistake, and this sentence must be read from the verse in full and connected, It cannot be separated
