And in this verse there is evidence that the servant is not allowed to spend any of the types of worship such as supplication, distress, slaughter and circumambulation, except for God alone, and in it is the healing of hearts from the disease of attachment to other than God, and from the diseases of hypocrisy, wonder, and pride
اهْدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الْمُسْتَقِيمَ (6)
Guide us to the straight path (6) Guide us, guide us, guide us to the straight path, and make us firm on it until we meet you, and it is Islam, which is the clear path that leads to God’s pleasure and to His Paradise, which the Seal of His Messengers and Prophets, Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, indicated
صِرَاطَ الَّذِينَ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ غَيْرِ الْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلا الضَّالِّينَ (7)
The path of those whom You have blessed from among the prophets, the truthful ones, the martyrs and the righteous, they are the people of guidance and righteousness, and do not make us among those who took the path of those with wrath upon them, those who knew the truth and did not act upon it, and they are the Jews, and those who are like them, and the misguided, and they are the ones who are not guided, have preferred the path, and they are the Christians , and follow their Sunnah.
And in this supplication there is a cure for the Muslim’s heart from the disease of ingratitude, ignorance and misguidance, and an indication that the greatest blessing of all is the blessing of Islam. Prophets, peace be upon them, the verse indicated their virtue, and their great status, may God be pleased with them.
It is desirable for the reader to say in prayer after reciting Al-Fatihah:
“Ameen” means O Allah, accept our prayer or supplication
